Age Restriction

You may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 18 years old. The Products on our site can only be purchased if you satisfy the legal age requirement for that product. We are not allowed by law to supply these Products to you if you do not satisfy these age requirements. If you are underage, please do not attempt to order these Products through our site.

By placing an order on the Site and completing the order process which forms part of the contract of sale you thereby confirm that you are over 18, that someone over the age of 18 will be available to accept delivery at the delivery address provided for your order and that delivery will not be accepted by any person under 18 at that address.

The purchase of products from the Cheers Bro site (“we” or “us” or “Cheers Bro”) is governed by these terms and conditions. By ordering any of our products, you (“the Purchaser”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Cheers Bro reserves the right to modify or terminate the Cheers Bro service for any reason, without notice, at any time. Cheers Bro reserves the right to alter this Agreement or other Site policies at any time, so please review the policies regularly.

Ordering And Delivery

This Agreement, together with any additional terms on the Site, shall govern any order you make through the Site or Services for Products. Cheers Bro ships only to addresses in the United Kingdom. Your placement of an Order through our Site is an offer to purchase the Product(s) ordered and we may accept your Order by processing your payment and shipping the Product(s). For any reason, we may decline to accept your Order or any part of your Order. If we decline to accept your Order, we will attempt to notify you at the email address you provided. Any estimated delivery date provided by Cheers Bro is based on Product availability and payment processing time. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products passes to you on delivery as long as full payment has been received.

We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product(s) have been dispatched.  You are entitled to amend your order after it has been placed but before the Dispatch Confirmation is sent. If you wish to amend your order please e-mail

If you choose to cancel your Order for late delivery you can do so for just some of the Products or all of them, unless splitting them up would significantly reduce their value. If the Products have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your Order we will refund any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled Products and their delivery.


By submitting your payment information to us, you authorise us to charge you via the applicable payment method at our convenience. To pay for an Order, you will need to provide Cheers Bro with the information necessary to process an Order from you, including your shipping address and the billing information requested on the Site to pay for such order.

In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Cheers Bro you are entitled to cancel the payment(s). If payment has already been made, you are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) (Amendment) Regulations 2005) (together “the Distance Selling Regulations”), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

Pricing And Products

Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Products displayed may be unavailable and hence substituted, and prices are subject to change. All prices include 48hr standard shipping (if orders are placed by 1pm), with the exception of next day delivery (if orders are placed by 12pm) for which there will be a charge.

Because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with this Agreement. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described.  Further advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

If you receive a Product that is faulty or mis-described you have a legal right to reject the Product or request a repair or replacement. If you wish to reject the Product or request a repair or replacement you will need to contact us. You have 7 days from the date of delivery of the Product in which to contact us to reject or request a replacement to the faulty or mis-described Product.

If you have requested a repair or replacement to a Product we will use our best efforts to complete the repair or replacement as soon as possible and with the least inconvenience to you.

If you have returned the Products because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item.

Refunds And Returns

As the nature of our products is perishable, we can only accept returns made within 7 working days of you receiving your order. Please pack your box securely and include your full name and delivery address along with your return. We will not be able to refund your box if we cannot identify your account. You will remain responsible for your box and all costs incurred for postage until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend that you send your box with a traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. A refund or replacement order will only take place or be sent where your original order is lost or damaged. We will not be held responsible if the user has inputted an incorrect address and their order has been shipped there, nor will we be responsible if a user has processed an incorrect number of orders.

Cheers Bro does not claim ownership of any materials you make available through the Site. Cheers Bro will be entitled to use any content submitted by you without incurring obligations of confidentiality, attribution or compensation to you.

Disclaimer Of Warranty

All content, products, and services on the site, or obtained from a website to which the site is linked (a “linked site”) are provided to you “as is” without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy. Other than as required under applicable consumer protection law, under no circumstance will Cheers Bro be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user’s reliance on information obtained through the site or a linked site, or user’s reliance on any product or service obtained from a linked site. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any opinion, advice or other content available through the site, or obtained from a linked site.

Limitation Of Liability

We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through the Site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Products you purchased. This does not include or limit in any way our liability:

  • For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
  • For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but limited to:]

  • loss of income or revenue
  • loss of business
  • loss of profits or contracts
  • loss of anticipated savings
  • loss of data, or
  • waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable


You agree to indemnify and hold Cheers Bro (and its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Our Liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of this Agreement or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract.

Each of the paragraphs of this Agreement operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.

Please note that these Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland
